Why should I book with you?
Because I offer a completely tailored service.  My priority is that you are happy and I try my best to offer flexible options to cater for different budgets and requirements.

How should I prepare for my hair and makeup trial?
Here is some useful advice.

How long will the trial last?
Trial’s last for a maximum of 3 hours.

If I am not happy at the trial am I committed to book?
Absolutely not.  You will need to pay for the trial (including travel) since it has taken place, but you have no obligation to continue further with the booking.

Are you insured?
Yes, I have public liability insurance with a specialist insurer (SalonGold).

What is your cancellation policy and will my deposit be refunded?
This information can be found in the Terms and Conditions.

I have had recent medical treatment – will this affect my service?
It really depends on what treatment you have had and what service/s you would like to book.  If you are unsure, please consult your doctor and ask for a note that confirms you are safe.

Here are some common medical situations that could affect your service:

  • Cancer treatment – it is generally safe to have your hair and nails done but not a massage since I am not qualified in massaging cancer patients.  Chemotherapy can weaken nail beds and hair, but the issue is complex and is something I am not qualified to advise on.
  • Diabetes – if you are diabetic it is generally safe for you to have your hair and nails done but your sensitivity to heat/pain etc. may be affected.
  • Psoriasis – this alongside other skin conditions will need to be discussed beforehand.  Although psoriasis is not contagious, other skin conditions may be, or could be worsened after getting your hair, makeup or nails done.
